Efforts for safety and security

Each facility of the HMI Hotel Group is actively working on "fire prevention and disaster prevention" in order to protect the safety and security of all visitors. We regularly conduct legal inspections and self-inspections based on the Fire Service Act and Building Standards Act, and also regularly conduct fire drills and disaster prevention drills so that our guests can stay with peace of mind. In the event of an emergency, if evacuation is necessary, the hotel staff will safely and quickly guide the customer to the evacuation site.

Initiatives for food safety and security

HMI Hotel Group is actively working on quality control and hygiene management so that customers can enjoy safe and secure "food". We carry out daily voluntary management and hygiene management, as well as conducting timely inspections. In addition, if you have an allergic disease, please contact us in advance to confirm information about food allergies, and we will try to accommodate your requests such as changing the menu as much as possible. The HMI Hotel Group will continue to strive to provide safe and secure "food" from the customer's point of view.
