Hotel Management Consignment
The owner only owns and manages the hotel, and all operations related to day-to-day hotel operations, such as customer attraction, sales, purchasing, and personnel, are entrusted to HMI to support the owner. In addition, when opening a new hotel, the general manager, who is in charge of the hotel, and other experienced executive staff dispatched by HMI handle all operations on behalf of the hotel.
Hotel planning and development
In addition to improvement and revitalization plans for existing hotels, HMI also actively creates master plans for hotel construction, including the location environment, market trends, and sales forecasts for new hotel businesses.
Sports/Cultural Business
We manage health and sports facilities such as swimming pools and training gyms, as well as various cultural centers, and provide exercise guidance at health and welfare facilities and health and welfare facilities in municipalities.
